Drop-in Advice Surgeries

I hold a drop-in advice surgery from 2:30pm to 3.30pm on the third Friday of every month in the One Stop Shop in Bolton Town Hall and from 10:30am to 11:30am on the first Saturday of every month in the Community Room at the rear of Farnworth Town Hall (entrance via the car park.)  You do not need to make an appointment.  However, your case may be dealt with more quickly if you contact my constituency office directly.  See below for details.

• Please note that I am not legally permitted to give immigration advice.  For all legal advice, you should speak to a qualified legal adviser.
• I am not able to countersign photographs for passports or driving licences
• I am not able to provide references for people whom I do not know well.
• My office is not presently able to offer work experience, shadowing or internships
• If you wish to report an immigration crime, such as someone living or working in the UK illegally, employing someone who isn’t allowed to work in the UK, involved in smuggling or involved in illegal immigration, you must fill in the online form here: https://www.gov.uk/report-immigration-crime   Asking an MP to report it on your behalf will only slow down the progress of the report and create unnecessary duplication.
