I am pleased to say that I have received a positive response from the Bolton NHS Foundation Trust to the letter that I sent regarding the resumption of arthritis treatment.

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust has already begun to restart elective knee surgeries and will resume elective hip surgeries soon.  They are taking care to ensure that these surgeries are being undertaken safely during the current coronavirus crisis.

This is positive news for people living with Arthritis, and others, whose treatments were cancelled due to the coronavirus crisis.

They are in the process of writing to everyone on their waiting list to update them and invite them to contact them, should they wish to discuss their treatment options.
