I have received numerous complaints over the past three months, and that number has increased enormously this week since the issue was raised on the Victoria Derbyshire show.

Amongst those people who contacted my office, many were residents who had been put a difficult situation as a result of Concentrix’s mistakes. This included single mothers, struggling to feed their children; students whose loans were rejected and may not have been able to start their studies, and others whose tax credits had been delayed or stopped, and thereafter falsely accused of fraud.

After many months of warning ministers of these appalling intimidation tactics targeting the most vulnerable, I am gratified to see today that Concentrix have lost their contact with the Government.
