Hulton Park ‘Call-in’ by the Secretary of State

I am delighted that the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government – The Rt. Hon. James Brokenshire MP – has agreed to my request to call in the planning application by Peel Holdings for Hulton Park.

As I have previously written, the infrastructure will not be able to cope with the additional burden of more people, houses and vehicles, and it is absolutely vital to protect our Green Belt. This development must not be allowed to proceed.
