On Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 October, Bolton Arena is hosting the 3rd National Apprenticeship Show in the North West, and I would sincerely encourage all young people to attend!
The National Apprenticeship organisation provides stalls for a huge number of businesses looking to recruit apprentices and help them to learn a trade. This is a fantastic chance to learn about the opportunities out there for young people, and meet staff from an enormous and varied range of businesses, such as BT, Barclays, the Civil Service, the NHS and Amazon, to name just a few.
This is a chance to meet face-to-face and understand how valuable your skills can be to employers. It is also testament to the fact that you do not have to go to university to work for an exciting, growing and dynamic organisation. I really hope that this will enable young people to realise their true potential and take their first steps in a meaningful and gratifying career. Think outside the box and realise that you have the power to craft your own future. Businesses are looking for people like you, and visiting this roadshow might be the turning point in your bright future!
This event is free and open to all. For more information, visit https://www.nationalapprenticeshipshow.org/north/
