Merry Christmas to one and all,
I hope you have had a wonderful year and are settling down for a joyous and restful Christmas period. My office will be closed between 22nd December and 7th January and unfortunately my staff will not be able to answer telephone calls during this period. I would encourage you to continue to email us, write letters and if necessary, leave voicemails. Your questions and concerns will be addressed at the earliest possible opportunity.
However, I understand that some problems are more urgent and cannot wait until the New Year. On my ‘Useful Contacts‘ page, I have detailed a number of services that might be able to help during the Christmas period where my office cannot. I hope you won’t need them, but if you do, I hope they are of use to you.
Have a lovely Christmas,
